My name is Aymara and I can’t wait to guide you in your yoga practice!
Before I became a yoga teacher, I worked as a dancer, a physical therapist, and an early childhood educator. So, in many ways, teaching yoga is a natural extension of all of these “past lives.”
I am a quiet and private person most of the time, but when I get in front of the class, my inner performer senses the spotlight and leaps at the chance to shine.
I have completed over 1000 hours of yoga trainings and I continue to study and increase my knowledge. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner, always hungry to gain more knowledge from different fields that I can use to improve my practice and the quality of classes I deliver.
When we are able to listen to the voice of the highest wisdom of our intuition, we are able to gain so much insight about ourselves. Intuitive Wisdom is to be in the presence of our own inner guide, our very own inner mentor.
My Philosophy
I believe that there is a style of yoga for everybody. In different times of our lives we need different things. Like growing up, some of us as teenagers wanted to be popular, then in our late 20s we wanted adventures and to find the love of our live, and in our 30s we might’ve felt like expanding our family. So, you get the point – different needs in different stages and contexts.
The intention behind my classes, workshops, and trainings is to equip you with an array of tools so you have them at your disposal, ready to apply when you need them. The practice of yoga goes beyond the mat and often it is when we are away from the mat when we need these tools the most. I want to help you tap into the power of your intuition.
